The use of this site is governed by the
policies, terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read them carefully. Your use of this
site indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Your placement of an order
indicates your acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order
to paddlersite.com indicates acceptance of
these terms and conditions. These terms and
conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms
or conditions included with any purchase order,
whether or not such terms or conditions are
signed by paddlersite.com
reserves the right to make changes to this site
and these terms and conditions at any time.
General
Pricing and
availability are subject to change without
notice. paddlersite.com has no
liability in the case of orders arising from
typographical errors and reserves the right
to cancel any orders without assigning any
reasons. Every effort has been made to
ensure accuracy of information listed and
paddlersite.com is not responsible for
any errors contained therein.
Shipping Terms
For all
credit card orders placed on products in
stock, before 3:30 PM EST on any business
day will be shipped same day, subject to
credit approval. Shipping charges can be
viewed before final commit to the order and
is based on the UPS shipping charge,
paddlersite.com handling charge (shipping
material and packing labor) and package
insurance. Note:
We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Sales Tax
paddlersite.com
shall automatically charge and withhold
the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within New York.
Payment Policy
We accept
only Visa, Master, American Express,
Discover at this time.
There will be no surcharge for the use of
credit cards and your card will be billed
only after the product has been shipped.
Cashier checks, US Post Office money
orders, company checks and personal checks
are also acceptable as means of payment. For
company and personal check payments, orders
will be shipped only after funds are
released from your financial institution to
paddlersite.com. This could take up
to 7 business days after our receipt of your
payment document. All checks returned unpaid
will be subject to a $ 30.00 fee charged to
you. On orders being paid for by means other
than credit card, availability of the
product might change while your payment is
in transit or funds are being cleared and
paddlersite.com cannot reserve product
or guaranty continued availability.
Cancellation
Policy
Should you
wish to cancel an order, you would be
required to refuse delivery of your
shipment. An applicable 20% of restocking
fees along with shipping charges will be
charged to your account.
Returns
and Replacement Policy
All items
other than opened software and hardware
subject to manufacturer's restrictions can
be returned within 30 days of purchase for
refund or replacement and the following
terms and conditions will apply.
- Absolutely no returns for software
purchased. All sales are final.
- Products may be returned to paddlersite.com for replacement in the
following manner: Replacement to paddlersite.com
must be made within 30 days of
the invoice date. After 30 days, you
must make all returns directly to the
manufacturer or publisher of your
product. Before returning any item, you
must contact our Customer Service
Department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA).
- No returns, of any type, will be
accepted without an RMA number. The RMA
number is good for only one (1) item and
must match the product authorized for
return. RMA numbers are valid for 7
business days and all returns must be
received within 7 days of obtaining the
RMA number.
- All refunds, claims of missing parts
and wrong item shipped must be applied
within 3 days after customer receives
the goods. For non-defective refund, all
items must be in "unopen" condition, in
original packaging and with all warranty
cards, manuals and accessories. If you
are returning a non-defective product
that has been opened, you will be
charged a 20% restocking fee. You are
responsible for shipping costs of all
returns.
- Processor(CPU), Laser printers,
inkjet printers, digital camera, scanner
and special order items may only be
returned for replacement and not for any
refund. Software returns will be
accepted for refund only if the product
is unopened. Non-defective software that
has been opened will not be accepted by
paddlersite.com
- All Defective products may be
returned for exchange with the same
product only. Shipping charges are
non-refundable(all Free shipping items
offered by paddlersite.com will be deducted
$15.00 per item for refund). Any damage
to the original packaging might result
in additional charges being assessed to
your account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for
refunds to be processed and credited to
your account.
- More than 70% of our returns turn
out to be working after our technicians
tested them. We do not guarantee against
incompatibility since we do not know
your system configuration so please
check with the manufacturer to find out
if the product you ordered will work
with your system. If we receive an item
that is tested to be non-defective, we
will return the same item back to the
customer after the $25 handling fee is
paid.
- Ordered wrong products and seeking
to exchange right products ( only allow
within 3 days of customer received day)
If you are seeking right product, you
must place a new order for the desired
product. When paddlersite.com receives
the returned non-defective product, you
will be credited in full for the
non-defective product.
- In order to receive a refund, your
purchase must be returned with shipping
pre-paid. All items must be in "unopen"
condition, in original packaging and
with all warranty cards, manuals and
accessories. The original packing slip
must be included and the RMA number
visible on the package. Any
discrepancies could result in a delay or
partial forfeiture of your refund. There
will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for
products not returned in the original
manufacturer packaging. If part of a
product becomes defective, the full
product must be returned back to
customer at customer's cost prepaid.
- All returns must be sent via UPS,
Federal Express, or any other courier
that issues a tracking number.
- All returns and replacements
occurring after 30 days from the invoice
date must be made directly with the
manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties
vary on each product. Extended
warranties are available directly from
select manufacturers. Manufacturer
information is subject to change without
notice.
- Service and Support All requests for
technical service and support MADE AFTER
THE 30 DAY WARRANTY should be made
directly to the manufacturer in
accordance with their terms and
conditions.
Jurisdiction
and Venue You agree that any legal action
brought against paddlersite.com shall be
governed by the laws of the State of New York
without regard to its conflict of law
principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction
and venue for any litigation arising from your
use of or orders made on the paddlersite.com
sites shall be an appropriate federal or state
court located in Queens County New York.
