| The 975 server supports one 500-watt (W) SSI Thin Power Supply (TPS)
module for a non-redundant configuration, or two in a 1+1 redundant
configuration. The power supply module provides three outputs; 5-volt
(V), 12-V, and -12-V.
The power supply module contains no fans. A fan in the power supply
cage provides cooling to the module. The module has a handle to assist
in insertion and removal. It can be inserted or removed without the
assistance of tools. |
